Terms and Conditions



Parent/Guardian Responsibilities


  • You are responsible for the child in your care during the class and within the venue.
  • You will ensure your child behaves appropriately within the venue.
  • No responsibility will be taken for any injury or accident caused as a result of children and/or parents failing to abide by these rules and supervise their children at all times, in all parts of the venue.  



Payment


  • Payment can be made in advance of class, or at the time of class.  
  •  Payment can be made by bank transfer, online or in cash.  Please ask for further details.  



Classes during Covid-19 restrictions


  • Masks must be worn by all attending adults.
  • Only 1 adult will be permitted to attend per family
  • Please avoid bringing prams/buggies if you can.  There is not a lot of space in the room with distancing measures in place.  You may have to leave your pram elsewhere, which you would do so at your own risk. 
  • Please don’t arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your class start time. Please wait outside the room 2m apart from other families (the venue will have markings laid out)
  • I’ll need up to date contact information at every class.  This is so I can pass it on to NHS Track and Trace if necessary.  It will not be shared with anyone else.
  • Temperatures will be taken at the door.
  • You’ll be asked to wash/sanitise your hands on your way to your space.
  • Please try to stay in the space I give you.  If your child wanders off, please try to encourage them to come back to you. 
  • Instruments and props will be ready for you to use.  At the end of the class, I’ll ask you to put them in a container for cleaning.  
  • There will be a lot of singing in our classes so to keep everyone safe, I’ll ask that you sing quietly to your child.  
  • I won’t be able to provide drinks so feel free to bring a keep cup/water bottle for the social time at the end of class.  I’ll provide wrapped biscuits for adults.  Please bring a snack and drink for your child.  You can also bring toys for your child to play with in social time.  
  • Please leave the class promptly at the end of the session.  Please take any rubbish with you.  The room will need to be cleaned before the next session starts.
